Scope of processing personal data
Personal data (usually referred to just as "data" below) will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents, and the services offered there.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing of personal data, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.
Data deletion and storage duration
Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.
Description and scope of data processing
For technical reasons, the following data sent by your internet browser to us or to our server provider will be collected, especially to ensure a secure and stable website:
- Type and version of your browser
- Operating system
- The website from which you came (referrer URL)
- The webpages on our site visited
- The date and time of your visit
- The IP address from which you visited our site
The data thus collected will be temporarily stored in our system's log files, but not in association with any other of your data.
Legal basis for data processing
The basis for this storage is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this reason, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.
The storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.
Duration of storage
The data will be deleted within no more than seven days, unless continued storage is required for evidentiary purposes. In which case, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until the investigation of the relevant incident is finally resolved.
Description and scope of data processing
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies stored on your computer by your browser.
We use cookies to make our website functional. Some elements of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a page change.
The user data collected by technically necessary cookies are not used to create user profiles.
Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, as our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website.
Purpose of data processing
The purpose of using technically necessary cookies is to facilitate the use of websites for users. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies.
Possibility of removal
You can refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings on your browser. Likewise, you can use the browser to delete cookies that have already been stored.
Description and scope of data processing
If you contact us via email or the contact form, the data you provide will be used for the purpose of processing your request. We must have this data in order to process and answer your inquiry; otherwise we will not be able to answer it in full or at all. No data is passed on to third parties in this context.
Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR if consent has been given. The legal basis for processing the data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. If the email contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, then the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Purpose of data processing
The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact. In the case of contact via email, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.
Duration of storage
Your data will be deleted once we have fully answered your inquiry and there is no further legal obligation to store your data, such as if an order or contract resulted therefrom. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified.
